1. Who processes your data
The controller of your personal data is Luminex Global Trade, 9 Pozitano St., entrance B, floor 1, office 2, Triaditsa district, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria. For any question about your personal data, write to info@luminextrade.com.
2. What data we process and why
- "Your request" form: full name, company, email, country, selected service, message, plus the IP address and time of sending. We use them to answer your request and to take steps before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The IP address is recorded to protect the form against abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Email and WhatsApp: when you contact us, we process the data you send in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. and its own privacy policy applies.
- Server logs: on every visit the server records the IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser and the referring address. They are needed for the security and operation of the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Google Maps: the map in the Contact section loads only after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). See the Cookie policy for details.
We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google.
3. How long we keep data
- Requests: as long as needed to handle them and up to 2 years after our last communication, unless the law requires a longer period or we enter into a contract.
- Server logs: 14 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
4. Who receives the data
Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. Only authorised staff of Luminex Global Trade and our hosting provider, acting as a data processor, have access to it.
5. Transfers outside the EU
The website and the form data are stored on a server of our hosting provider in the Republic of Türkiye, i.e. outside the European Economic Area. There is no European Commission adequacy decision for Türkiye. Form data is transferred so that your request can be handled at your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time (for Google Maps via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the site). To exercise your rights, write to info@luminextrade.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
7. Security
The site is served only over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to requests is restricted and password-protected.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
